Arkansas Graphics operates an end to end PDF workflow within its pre-press dept.

The following information is a guide on how to successfully submit PDF print files to our pre-press dept. By following these simple rules your file will be processed quickly and ultimately error free.

These instructions are specifically aimed at the majority of our customers who are using InDesign as their application file. Please contact us should you need help and guidance submitting any other PDFs that have been created using a different application.

Adopting this simple workflow will speed up the time it takes you to collect a file for printing and ensure that Arkansas Graphics can continue to provide all our customers with a first class service.

Download AGI InDesign Adobe PDF Preset Downloaded 35 time(s)

Download and un-zip the AGI Job Options for Adobe InDesign. To install, open Adobe InDesign and click on the "File" menu. Go to "Adobe PDF Presets". Select "Define" from the pop out menu. click the "Load" button and select the "AGI Settings.joboptions" file you downloaded. Once selected, click the "Open" button. You should now see the AGI Settings file in the Presets window. Click "Done" to finish loading the setting. The "AGI Settings" should now be available in the Adobe PDF Presets popup in the export Adobe PDF dialog box.
